The Perks of Being A Wallflower is a book that means a lot to me and the story resonates with many parts of my life and who I am. I’ve read the book and watched the movie you directed as well. Watching the movie really made the characters in the book come to life. The visual representation of the tunnel scene and each character gave the story even more meaning, in my opinion. I think it’s so valuable and that a story written twenty years ago still sends the same messages and young people now can relate to parts of the story in their own ways.
