El medio ambiente es importante porque apoya la vida de las personas, es la fuente de recursos naturales, apoya la biodiversidad y ofrece hermosura. Sin proteger y cuidar de nuestro medio ambiente, estamos poniendo a tantas vidas en peligro como animales, plantas y cultivos, y nosotros mismos. Nuestra tierra se encuentra con varios problemas y parece estar empeorando con el tiempo, llevándonos a una verdadera crisis ambiental. Por lo tanto, es nuestra responsabilidad crear conciencia sobre la existencia de estas cuestiones así como que se puede hacer para reducir su impacto negativo, cómo educar en la materia, reciclar, tomar decisiones inteligentes pensando en los efectos de nuestras acciones hacia la tierra y conservando los recursos naturales.
The environment is important because it sustains the lives of human beings, is the source of natural resources, supports biodiversity and offers beauty. Without protecting and taking care of our environment, we’re putting so many lives at danger such as animals, plants and crops, and ourselves. Our earth encounters several problems and seems to be worsening with time, bringing us into a true environmental crisis. It is therefore our responsibility to raise awareness of the existence of these issues, as well as what can be done to reduce their negative impact, like educating ourselves on the matter, recycling, making smart decisions by thinking about the effects of our actions towards the Earth, and conserving natural resources.
