What December Means to Me
December means the sun hides away
The warmth flees
The Chill moves in
December means it’s time to bundle up inside
Light a fire
And drink some tea
To me, December means hoping for the first snow
The start of my hockey season
The time to think of others as much as yourself
To me, December is the time of change
The time to reset and reflect
The time to give and get
December is coming, and I can’t wait!
