Como el final del año se acerca, me recuerda que pronto iré a la universidad, dejando a mis amigos del secundario. Con la posibilidad de que nos perdamos de vista durante los próximos cuatro años, espero que todavía se recuerden de los momentos divertidos que compartimos.

As the end of the year approaches, I'm reminded that soon I'll be going off to college, leaving my friends behind. On the off chance we drift apart over the next four years, I still hope they remember the good times we had.
