Hace una semana, durante un día difícil en que estaba agobiada y preocupada por mis estudiantes y tantas personas en el mundo que sufrían por la situación de COVID-19, decidí dar un paseo y apreciar la naturaleza alrededor mío. Encontré estos helechos, pero lo que vi, y confieso que no soy una persona religiosa, pero lo que vi era más que helechos. Lo que vi eran rezos, oraciones y la reflexión en un mundo que tanto las necesita en este momento. About a week ago, during a difficult day when I was feeling overwhelmed and worried for my students and so many in the world that were suffering due to COVID-19, I decided to take a walk and pay attention to the nature around me. I found these ferns. What I saw, though, and I confess that I am not a religious person, but what I saw were prayers and reflection that the world needs so much in this moment.
